PPE'S AND MASKS
PRINTED, CUT, SEWN AND PACKED IN THE USA!
In early March of 2020, the Sewby team began production on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to help with the nationwide mask shortage.
We have partnered with the federal government through FEMA to route masks to volunteer organizations in need and at the front lines of this pandemic.
We are also proud to be partnered with DonatePPE.org. Through this wonderful group, we have been able to distribute free masks to healthcare workers and food banks all over the United States. We have also consulted with their team for medical gown design.
Our donation program has supplied tens of thousands of PPE’s to:
LAPD The Salvation Army UMCOR
St. Anne’s Hospital Mills-Peninsula Hospital Foundation LAC+USC
Union Rescue Mission Union Station Homeless Services Skill Creation
Long Beach Rescue Mission 16th St Community Health Centers Kidsave
Vanderbuilt University Medical Center Catholic Charities of Laredo Downtown Women's Center
The Institute for Family Health Hawaii Public Health Institute
First Responders Children's Foundation
With each mask purchase from Sewby, you are supporting the jobs of hundreds of garment workers. Sewby is an approved manufacturer of LA Protects: A collective of LA manufacturers approved by the mayor of Los Angeles to produce non-medical masks.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) provides information about different types of masks, their efficacy and how to best use them. By providing these links, Sewby is not suggesting any sponsorship or endorsement by the CDC of Sewby’s products.
The CDC now recommends everyone use cloth masks in public.
All mask sales are final sale for health reasons.
